Who are we
We believe that we are called by God to help fulfill the Great Commission (MT 28:18-20) through providing clean water for those in Nicaragua who desperately need clean drinking water to survive. We will do this by drilling wells, repairing broken pumps, and providing water purification systems in places where filth and disease mar the current water conditions. We believe that taking the Gospel to all communities in Nicaragua involves taking care of the needy by helping provide for their basic physical needs. In that way, the Good News of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God is shown through a demonstration of love, labor, words and actions. Verbal proclamation of the Gospel and tangible good deeds are needed to do the work of Christ. Therefore, we need God’s unlimited grace and a multitude of partners to help those in need.
What We Do?
Jesus Based Ministry desires to spread the Gospel throughout the world by using clean drinking water as a tool for ministering to those in need. In this sense, we are a mission-minded organization who believes in the verbal proclamation of the Gospel along with demonstrating the love of Jesus through our good works. It is our hope to do this in unity with donors, churches, individuals, and like-minded Gospel-centered organizations.
